Our service is unusual in that we utilise imperceptible language patterns, embedded commands and indirect suggestion to stimulate delegate thinking, install healthy messages, and create wellbeing.

Nick established NDK Group in 2002. He and his colleagues employ hypnotic phenomena, and indirect suggestion, to create change. Nick has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, and was instructed in his Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming studies by the NLP co-creator, Dr. Richard Bandler.
Nick is a former management lecturer and is a SFEDI accredited business adviser. He is a board director of the UK 's leading sales and customer service consultancy, helping world class, household brand names to improve sales techniques and customer service standards.
Away from work Nick enjoys his family of four teenage children and continues to play a very poor standard of rugby. He is, without doubt, the worst surfer on the south coast of England.
