Nick Drake-Knight is an international conference speaker specialising in the sustainability of business training through effective coaching of employees. At the heart of his work is the teaching and application of carefully crafted hypnotic language patterns to aid personal growth.

Nick operates a private clinical hypnosis practise providing services to patients from the business sector.

In the 1990s, he lectured in management, before developing his business consulting skills in Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Nick was a senior business adviser for the DTI funded Business Link network.
