What is Hypnosis?
It is a state of deep relaxation. An altered state of awareness and as a trained therapist, I will lead you into a beautiful calm state of mind using visualisations and relaxation techniques.
The state of hypnosis is a most pleasant and particularly relaxing natural and safe state.
A person in hypnosis is usually in a heightened state of awareness, with improved memory, in which they have complete control of their own mind.
Nobody can be hypnotised against his or her will, and even when hypnotised, people can still reject any of the suggestions given if they are not appropriate.
"As a qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist and Counsellor I can assure you that you will receive the best of attention and that I will respect your right to confidentiality and privacy... Call me for a no obligation chat about the benefits and how I may be of help " |
