My fascination with hypnotherapy began while I was studying Applied Biology at university in Liverpool where I experienced hypnosis and it changed my world. Hypnosis has been a passion and a huge part of my life since then (even with the pregnancy and birth of my son in 2004). Since leaving university in 1996 I have undertaken further studies with the Northern School of Hypnotherapy, the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, the University of Greenwich and the Hypnobirthing institute. During 2004 I studied Hypnosis for fertility with Lynsi Eastburn an expert in this field and became a registered Hypnofertility therapist. My memberships include, The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, The Complementary and Alternative Medicine Researcher Network and the Infertility network UK .

My busy full time Hypnotherapy Clinic is based at the Astwood Clinic in Huddersfield, I use hypnosis to help people help themselves to overcome all the usual things you would expect a Clinical Hypnotherapist to do - Smoking Cessation, Anxiety, Phobias, IBS etc. My specialist area is Clinical Hypnosis for Fertility, Conception, Birth and Breastfeeding. I am successfully working with couples from across the country with a diagnosis of unexplained infertility and with couples undergoing medical fertility treatments as part of their fertility programme. Many of these couples later attend my Hypnobirthing classes and use my hypnosis for breastfeeding programme. The clinic is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am until 6pm. Evening appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
