Pat is a dedicated Clinical Hypnotherapist, she gained both her diploma and certificate in clinical hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She is an associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

She originally trained as a dental nurse before transferring to front line administration in the acute side of the Health Service, where she worked for many years gaining a great understanding of people from all walks of life, their differences and their needs.

Pat has completed a foundation course in philosophy with London School of Economics and is an attuned Reiki healer. She has also studied homeopathy and Bach Flower remedies.
