Angela Trainer M.A., D.Hyp - The Harvest Clinic (Director)

Angela graduated from Glasgow University in 1980 with a degree in psychology and after undertaking training with the L.C.C.H. in London now has more than 25 years experience using clinical hypnotherapy in her practice and is Founder Director of The Harvest Clinic.

She is Principal of the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in Scotland and lectures in the UK and internationally (Portugal, Malaysia and Singapore). She is also a regular participant on BBC radio and T.V. as a spokesperson for the Therapy profession. In 2003 she was validated by the National College of Nursing as an accredited lecturer.

At the clinic we have been successfully treating conditions such as SMOKING (1 session), HYPNO SLIM (weight control), PHOBIAS, ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS, DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION,CHILDHOOD TRAUMA, RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS (emotional and sexual), PAIN RELIEF, PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT (sports, studying etc), INSOMNIA, AND ALL HABITS AND CLINICAL CONDITIONS SUITABLE FOR HYPNOSIS ( migraine, skin conditions, infertility etc.), CHRONIC FATIGUE.

We can offer therapy with one of our 8 hypnotherapists who are all Tutors/Lecturers for the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and the University of West London. Among their combined expertise we can also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, Life Coaching, Psychotherapy, or Person Centred Therapy.

Appointments can be made at the clinic by phone and are available day evening and weekends, in our beautifully restored Victorian listed building with marble fireplaces, mosaic floor, ornate cornices and original wood panelling. It is close to the City Centre and the West End of Glasgow. The fee for a 1 hour consultation is £60, including a CD for home use; the fee for Smoking Cessation is £95 (also including CD).
